Hybrid

Our Flexible Work Modes

Hybrid mode gives employees the flexibility to work remotely as well as visiting the office a few times a month. Hybrid mode is a flexible work arrangement that combines both in-person and remote work. In this mode, employees have the option to work from the office for some days and work remotely for others. 

Remote

Based on the role and function, our employees have the opportunity to work remotely. Remote mode involves employees working primarily from locations other than the BEL's office. This can be from home, co-working spaces, or any place with a reliable internet connection.

Office-Based

BEL’s office is amazing, so it’s no surprise that our employees enjoy working from the office full-time. In an office-based mode, employees work primarily from BEL’s office. This is the traditional work style where you are present at the office during specified working hours.
