Almost every substrate and item we offer can be screen printed. We have many different machines depending on the item we are screen printing, which depends on the machine used.

Its versatility lets us scale down to small items like pens and can be used in textiles, plastic, metal, ceramic, glass, and many others.

Digital UV printing uses ultraviolet lights to dry and cure ink as it is printed.

It can process high-quality full color images in a matter of seconds and is used on products like water bottles and stainless steel tumblers.

This method is also best for products with smaller imprint areas such as keychains, USB drives, multi-color padfolios, pens, clips, and much more…

We turn to pad printing for three-dimensional or irregularly shaped objects such as stress balls, keychains, plastic sports bottles, and travel mugs.

The pad method easily and effectively transfers 2-D images to cylindrical, textured, and curved surfaces that would otherwise be difficult to customize.

We are generally able to pad print up to 3 color designs.

For orders that require timeless customization, we recommend any one of our laser engraving methods.

The YAG laser method is one of our most efficient techniques and it only takes anywhere between 8 and 30 seconds from start to finish. This laser is incredibly quick and able to cut through a dense material quickly. The fast pulsating laser light takes away material from the product and leaves behind a sleek permanent mark.

Similarly, we use the laser CO2 method to engrave glass items which leaves a permanent mark that will stand the test of time.

Decals allow us to transfer full-color logos onto a variety of smooth surfaces.

We offer as many colors as required per decal, also known as a full-color imprint.

We are able to apply our state-of-the-art decals to glass, ceramic, steel, aluminum, and plastic.

Our decals are digitally printed and hand-applied.

To ensure the most precise stitching, in embroidery, your design is first digitized, then accurately sewn at an average rate of 10,000 stitches per design.

Ideal for team shirts, work and school uniforms, embroidery allows for up to 16 thread colors per design to account for shading and logo complexity.

We inspect each item for stray threads to ensure a clear professional finish.

We use a backing on each embroidered item. This helps to keep the stitching together, as well as feel softer to the person wearing the item.

Heat Transfer lets us achieve a full-color process, optimal ink coverage, and clear crisp lines on intricate designs.

The artwork is placed in the desired area, subjected to high temperature and pressure, and released by peeling the paper away to reveal the image.

Heat transfer is more commonly used on textile items.

We now are able to create heat transfers via digital equipment. The transfers are printed while having a white backing applied simultaneously. Once the print is complete, the transfer then has powder applied which is needed in the adhesion process, and then is cured through a small oven. This process is all done streamlined on one machine. This process is also called DTF, or direct-to-film.

For full-color images like scenic and family photos, we turn to the process of sublimation.

Known for its accuracy, this method is most widely used on products like mouse pads and ceramic mugs. This method results in a long-lasting and flawless appearance.

The true dishwasher-safe method for mug imprinting, sublimated mugs can be washed multiple times since the mug actually has the image or design imprinted “in it”. Sublimated items need to have a special coating in order to be able to sublimate them. We are only able to sublimate white-colored items currently.

For professional and discrete designs on leather, faux leather, and other synthetics we turn to the process of Debossing.

This method creates recessed relief designs with Zinc plates that are first molded with your artwork, then loaded into our press machine and applied at 200 degrees of heat and extreme pressure onto the products.

C-Digital is an imprint method which uses digitally printed transfers which are printed on a film, and then applied with high heat, specific pressure, and dwell time, which then transfers the digital imprint from the film roll to the item.
